Ton Farm
A Telegram mini-app farming game
Product design lead & project manager. I led the team — designers and developers — owned all client communication and turned client requests into solutions, while designing hands-on myself.

- UI/UX game flow
Mobile-first UX flows for the core gameplay loop, shown across phone screens covering the farm, power station and workshop progression with hex-grid upgrade menus and a dark mobile UI. Smooth, instant-feedback mechanics keep the farming economy — mining speed, energy and rewards — readable and effortless to grasp on small displays.
- 3D buildings set
A library of neon isometric 3D building assets — farms, power stations, workshops and houses — rendered with cyberpunk lighting on a dark backdrop to establish the game's visual identity.
- 3D ASIC miners
A grid of colorful neon 3D ASIC mining-rig assets purpose-built for the Telegram mini-app game, tying mining hardware into the gamified tokenomics.
- Generators and lootboxes
Additional 3D game assets including generators, glowing chips and neon lootboxes, all in the same isometric cyberpunk style, supporting unlockable progression and rewards.

I also produced the 3D miner assets as animated, web-ready loops — a set of animated 3D miner clips delivered as compact motion files for use on web surfaces.
Overview
I built Ton Farm, an interactive farming and mining simulator made as a Telegram mini-app for the Web3 gaming ecosystem. It blends tap-to-earn mechanics with tycoon-style building and gamified tokenomics, letting players grow farms, run power stations and workshops, and scale mining output without ever leaving Telegram. I delivered the full product design — UI/UX flows, the in-app interface, and a complete 3D asset library that gives the game its neon, cyberpunk-tinged identity.
The challenge
The brief called for a Web3-ready casual game that feels sleek, addictive and instantly playable within the constraints of the Telegram mini-app platform. That meant prioritizing mobile optimization and visual clarity for first-time players, keeping every screen readable on small displays, and making the farming economy — mining speed, energy and rewards — feel effortless to grasp from the very first tap.
What I did
I designed Ton Farm as a hybrid of tycoon builder and resource-mining simulator. The interface uses a dark, modular layout optimized for nighttime play, with smooth UX flows and instant-feedback mechanics that reward every action. I built a comprehensive 3D asset library spanning farms, power stations, workshops, generators, ASICs, chips and lootboxes, rendered in a neon-lit isometric style. Stat displays surface mining speed, energy and rewards at a glance, while scalable gameplay zones and unlockable progression keep players engaged — all delivered as a fully responsive, Telegram-native Web3 mini-app.
